MICSA grease

808 DL Multipurpose grease

Airdrying polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) base, a bonded lubricant that prevents fretting, scuffing, and seizure. The dry coating will not collect abrasive dust during service. Used for all plain bearings and sliding surfaces, e.g., guides, gears, chains, screw jacks, eccentrics, joints, hinges, keys and wedges, sliding and reciprocating mechanisms in general, brush fittings, liners, and shafts.

814 Heavy-duty grease

MICSA 814 is a heavy-duty grease with good thermal stability, outstanding water washout characteristics, and excellent adherence to impart sealing protection incorporating PTFE particles, which form a slippery coating on metal, thus reducing wear and friction. Outstanding for CV joints, pins, bushes, etc.

830 High-temperature grease

MICSA 830 is a high-temperature industrial chain lubricating grease made from synthetic lubricating fluid and a high-temperature thickening compound, incorporating PTFE for protection as a wide range of characteristics. It reduces surface friction and unprotected metal contact reducing power consumption and therefore extending the components’ life. In addition, it withstands high temperatures for extended periods, including oven chains and slides in vacuum formers.

874 High-performance tool joint grease

MICSA 874 is a high-performance tool joint grease that incorporates solid graphite and PTFE for maximum protection of threads in drilling operations.

877 High-performance water-resistant grease

MICSA 877 is a high-performance, extreme-pressure, multipurpose grease with excellent thermal stability, with a selected additive package for long-lasting lubrication under the most arduous conditions. These characteristics reduce lubricant consumption extending lubrication intervals and costs. Water-resistant affinity to metal. For screen bearings, conveyors, and fans.

881 High-temperature wheel bearing grease

MICSA 881 wheel bearing, heavy-duty lithium soap-based grease with EP properties, high temperature and water-resistant.

305 Air line lubricant

MICSA 305 is used where high-pressure lubrication is required. For all airlines, air tools, actuators, and valves.

313 Carbon-free oil

MICSA 313 is a carbon-free oil available in SAE 10, 30, and 40. Used in compressors, chains, and pumps.

One of the most essential characteristics of MICSA 926 is a base of PTFE produced from a powder moulded freely by compression. It has the following outstanding properties:

MICSA 507 PTFE base engine treatment

Four-stroke, petrol, diesel powershift transmission where SAE 30 oil is used. Treatment quantity 10% of engine sump capacity.

MICSA 507 Hydraulic oil PTFE base treatment

For compressors. Treatment quantity is 2.5% of the oil capacity.

MICSA 926 High performance

Four-stroke petrol, diesel powershift transmission where SAE 30 oil is used.

MICSA 928

Two-stroke outboard engines, lawnmowers, and bush cutters.

MICSA 930

For gearboxes where SAE 90 oil is used. Differential and final drives. Treatment quantity 5% of gearbox/diff oil capacity.
